1. WHAT AREAS ARE LIBERTY POOCH’S SERVICES AVAILABLE TO?
For Dog walking, we service the following areas EXCLUSIVELY:
Liberty Village (East Liberty Street From Ordinance to Atlantic Ave.)
King Street West (from Strachan to Sudbury Street)
Sudbury Street (from King Street to 37 Sudbury Street)
2. IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF SERVICES PER WEEK?
For Dog services, we have a minimum requirement of 3 services per week ongoing during regular operating ours (M-F between 11am-3pm)*. Dogs are creatures of habit and we feel that it is in their best interest to engage our services on a regular and consistent basis. It will help us to create a stronger bond and allow us more time to reach/maintain behavioural/developmental breakthroughs.
There are no minimums for Cat visitis.
3. WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY PET WHEN THEY ARE IN OUR CARE?
Yes! We keep in very close contact with all of our Pet pawrents throughout all visits with us. We send you multiple photos, videos and updates about your Pet’s daily adventures with us!
4. WHAT MAKES LIBERTY POOCH’S DOG-WALKING SERVICES SPECIAL?
We aim to go above and beyond not only to make sure your pet is safe, happy, and loved, but we also pride ourselves in welcoming our clients into the strong LP community we have built. It takes a village to raise a fur baby and we provide our pet pawrents the support they need to make their pet ownership experience more enjoyable. Helga has a wealth of tribal knowledge when it comes to raising happy, healthy, and confident puppies so that they become well behaved adult dogs. Rob is the cat whisperer and Liberty Pooch’s Cat division. Together, with our amazing pack leaders, we strive to provide your pet the love and care they deserve every visit.

6. WHO WILL BE WALKING MY DOG?
One of our trusted Liberty Pooch Pack Leaders! Our Pack Leaders are passionate dog people who love exploring our beautiful community with your dog. Each of our Pack Leaders also undergoes a police background check as well as Liberty Pooch’s unique training and approach to dog-walking to ensure your dog is in the best hands.
7. WHAT IS YOUR INTAKE PROCESS LIKE?
We pride ourselves on having a thorough intake process to ensure we understand the dogs we care for. We require an inperson “meet and greet”/Pack Walk Assessment/Puppy Consult before providing any services.
